What are your check in and check out times?
Check in is at 2PM and check out is at 12NN. Early or late check in and check out are charged accordingly.
Where exactly are you located?
22 Gov M Roa Street, Capitol Site, Cebu City, Cebu 6000 – a few minutes from the Cebu Provincial Capitol, and close to Escario Street, Fuente Circle and Ayala Center Cebu.
Is parking available?
Yes. Guests park for free on the hotel premises.
Is breakfast included?
Our restaurant serves breakfast. Inclusions depend on the rate you book, so please confirm with the front desk when you reserve.
Can I smoke in the room?
No. We are a no smoking hotel in all guest rooms and public areas. Smoking incurs a sterilization charge of PhP4,000.
How do I cancel or rebook?
Cancellations within 7 days prior to stay incur a full charge. Rebooking is free up to 3 days prior to stay. No shows are charged for the entire stay duration, and reservation deposits are non-refundable.
